The company’s  success in representing a manufacturer with superior equipment and technology formed the basis for evaluating and selecting other manufacturers of equipment to represent whose equipment was suited to use in the water and waste water treatment industry.

During the early 1960’s and coincident with the push by government to cause the industrial community to clean up their waste water streams Jim House & Associates expanded their marketing to include the industrial sector’s pumping and process requirements.

Today the company represents a number of manufacturers, each a leader in their respective field of endeavor, that have been added over the years as opportunity arose.  The company early on expanded it’s operation to a dual role of manufacturer’s rep and stocking distributor and now maintains an inventory at the local level of both products and parts to support and complement sales.

To serve the after sale needs of our customers a service department was added in the early 1960’s and offers such services as installation supervision, witnessed start up and checkout, trouble shooting of field problems, and repairs in shop for many of the products that are sold.  Service  personnel have been  factory trained and are in ongoing education programs to maintain their competence as new products and services come to the market place.
