Aftermarket
support has always been an important part of the Jim House & Associates, Inc
operation and from the company's beginning in 1957 we have offered to our
customers technical field services at startup and have always provided skilled
technicians for system troubleshooting and evaluation. Today's available
services include the following:
Repairs: Pumps, blowers, controls and most rotating equipment is repaired by factory trained mechanics and technicians at our shop in Birmingham. Wet pit testing is included for most submersible pumps.
Parts: An extensive stock of parts and components is maintained.
Finished Assemblies: Local stock includes pumps, blowers, valves, electrical apparatus for quick delivery.
Pump Rental: Monthly, weekly, daily rental of a select range of dewatering pumps.
Exchange Programs: Rebuilt pump assemblies/sub assemblies of certain popular units available on exchange for customer's unit to be repaired.
Field Service: On customer's site services by factory trained technicians for startup, trouble shooting and maintenance.
Emergency Services: After hours sales and services are available on call.
